Delivery 

We at The 7 Senses make every effort to provide the best possible service for our customers. As part of providing top service to our customers, we aim to dispatch your goods from our warehouse no later than 3 working days after you make your purchase.

We currently only offer International EMS delivery services. International EMS deliveries may take from 3-7 business days to arrive (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not constitute as business days). However, please allow for delays due to your country’s customs restrictions which are unfortunately beyond our control.

Delivery is charged on a ‘weight basis’ whereby you can simply add your items to your shopping bag and click on “Estimate Shipping” at the bottom of the page. This will calculate your approximate postage cost which is based on the courier’s standard fees and the total weight of the item(s) in your order.

A more detailed table of estimated shipping rates is available below. Please note that this table should only be used as a guideline for estimating your delivery charges. Actual charges may vary depending on the weight of your parcel. If your country is not listed below, please contact us at store@the7senses.com for the best way for us to deliver your items to you.

Upon receiving your confirmed order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check via Paypal on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

In some cases, please be advised that The 7 Senses may draw up to 15% more or less of your total invoiced amount due to fluctuations in shipping costs. You will be given ample notification via email or telephone prior to any variations to the proposed drawing amount.

Please also note that any additional duty of customs charges applicable in the destination country are payable by the recipient. These fees are calculated by your country's customs officials and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. While we take every step to minimize the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials. 

For EMS deliveries a tracking number will be provided upon dispatch of your goods. To check on the status of your delivery, please contact us at store@the7senses.com and quote your tracking number.

Returns 

For information on goods eligible for return, please refer to our Refunds Policy.

Returnable goods are to be sent back to The 7 Senses within 14 days from receipt of your parcel. In the case of a returnable good, please email us at store@the7senses.com immediately. 

It is advised that recipients return goods via registered mail to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit. 

The postage cost of returning the good is the recipient's responsibility. However, The 7 Senses will pay for the postage of sending the replacement product.
