Refund Policy

Thank you for reading our refund policy. 7 Senses wishes to advise our customers to choose carefully when purchasing items from our store. We currently do not give refunds for the following reasons:

  1.  you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection-design or material                 
  2.  you simply no longer want the goods or service   
  3.  you agreed to pay the nominated amount and then changed your mind
  4.  you found the same item or service at a cheaper price elsewhere
  5.  you chose the wrong size, colour, fabric  or type of service      
  6.  you knew about the particular fault before buying it
  7.  you are responsible for causing a fault or damage after purchase

 

Defective Items

In the case that a purchased item has arrived defective, please contact The 7 Senses immediately within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement. 

In making sure the replacement for the defective good goes smoothly, we ask of our customers to provide photographic proof of the defect. 

Please be advised that should we run out of stock for the defective good, you will be provided with store credit to be spent exclusively at The 7 Senses.
